Altogether 15 presets for the Line 6 HX Stomp, created to keep you inspired. (at least I hope so) All presets are dialed in with passive basses. And as always, all presets are coming with a comp and preamp setting to build you a nice and steady clean sound, except the wobble patch.

Wobble:
Nothing is wrong with a good old wobble bass, heard on thousands of records in genres like dubstep, future bass and even pop music. This one is set to 75 bpm, but you can transfer it to any other tempo. Just use an online „BPM to MMS“-converter tool to find out what your actual BPM tempo is in MMS.
NeoN:
Inspired by artists like Mononeon or Rhonda Smith in her time with Prince. Beside the glitchy pitch manipulation you also got an auto wah, to make it even more neonish. Some tape flutter FX for that detune tape vibe and a 2 octaves up pitch shifter paired with some reverb in momentary switch function to create another layer.
Candy Patch:
I try to enter the world of Mk.gee or Andy Summers from the Police. Mellow, distorted, gated reverb, step sequencer delay and tape flutter. All I need to bring myself into this romantic ’80s vibe.
Tip: Keep your tone knob 100 % open to avoid some muddy lows and mids and get the full sparkle.
Stank Box:
This is my version of a simple DI box for some soulful fingerstyle P-Bass sounds. Build for a „every day“ situation, no matter if on a gig, rehearsal or as a part of your signal chain in your recording set up.
Driver:
Heavy distorted square synth vibes!
Gregor Freeze:
I build this for live situations where I have to deliver both, bass lines and chords at the same . The hold/freeze function is already leveled equalized so you don't get any muddy chord chaos. Spiced up with a warm reverb in momentary switch function to get smoother transitions from one chord to another.
Arpeggiator:
This one brings a lot to the table. A harmonic delay (set to D Minor but you can change it to any key) builds the core and you can add some sonic dimensions with another auto swell delay in a momentary switch function. Plus a 4 Note Generator that builds the 4 Chord of the scale by its own so you can play over it.
Sonic:
This preset is build for more intimate situations, intros, interludes or solo pieces.
Filter, pitch shifter, delay and a warm big reverb with some low cut to keep your mix clean.
Breathe:
Inspired by electronic genres like Drum & Bass, Dubstep or Jungle.
The Axe:
because this synth like sound cuts through the mix! Spiced up with a delay in momentary switch function to archive some riser vibes for transitions or drops
D&B:
Octaver with a decent drive to get that Drum & Bass vibe. Spiced up with some ring modulation & delays on momentary switch functions. Hit the ring mod or the delay just for 1 note in your bass lines, this will add another fx dimension to your lines.
Delay:
Somewhere between U2's The Edge, Tool and Limp Bizkit but for Bass! 2 delays with different time settings, low pass filter building the core of this patch. Extra: a higher octave setting on momentary switch functions.
Filter:
Overdrive, Octaver, Chorus, Wah Wah and a Noise Gate to build this gritty wall of funk!
Voco:
Build chords on your bass but with hitting only one note at the time? Here you go! This one is set up in the key of E minor but you can choose any key you want. Spiced up with some Eq & Reverb to get an almost, Keyboard or Steel drum type of sound. Tip: experiment with volume fades to get a synth pad like sound. Check your options with the tone/high frequency poti on your bass, it has a huge impact on this patch.
S-Chain:
A legendary “Line 6 Legacy” square synth wave with some chorus and an attacker to build this “ducked by a kick drum” effect your hear a lot in the last 10 years in almost every style of modern music. Experiment with the attack time of the attacker to get the right time feel for you song & tempo.
